Biography[]
He is the psychopathic son of Councilman (now the de facto Town Mayor/General) Big Jim Rennie. Jim orders him to make the clinic into in essence a quarrantine in Outbreak, but Junior didn't seem to mention anything about his father's orders, besides to Julia Shumway - so the people in the clinic must think that he is active criminal.
Personality[]
At first, it just appeared at Junior was normal, just a bit crazy. But as the show goes on, it reveals that he is a psychopath who only cares for his father's approval and getting Angie. As we get further into the series, Junior becomes more crazy.
